Terms of Use

Last updated October 24, 2026. Beta service, provided as is.

  1. You must be 18 or older to use Concede.
  2. Only upload conversations you took part in. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share.
  3. Do not publish maps that identify private people, harass anyone, or contain hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content. We may remove any map and suspend any account.
  4. Analyses are produced by AI and can be wrong. The process report counts what the transcript shows; it is not a judgment of who is right, and votes are opinions of anonymous visitors.
  5. Free accounts get a limited number of analyses per month. Free usage can pause when the service’s monthly limit is reached.
  6. You keep ownership of what you upload. By publishing a map you allow us to display it publicly until you or a moderator remove it.
  7. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  8. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
